I did not know myself until I found Kenneth Copeland Ministries and everything became clear to me. I realized who I am and what should I do with my life. Before I will tell you about this realization, I would like to take the liberty of telling what happened.
It was in my grade school that I started to question about my religion and who I really was. At first, I thought it was just pretty normal for kids to be so philosophical because they usually have amazing brains which appear to be always at the mode of discovering the truth about phenomena and occurrences.
A few children at their young age asked concerning the real reason why the earth rotates around the sun or why there are billion of stars in the night sky and not visible during day time. There are also people who marvel in the notion with exactly how man learned that words are needed in order to communicate. But as for myself, my inquiries were concerning the origin of all creatures and the creation.
I remembered one occasion I asked my mother if the concept of having a Supreme Being is scientifically proved and verified. My mother told me that not all can be explained by Science, and that God is not just a concept, He is a living flesh and within our hearts. At that time, I felt she was so bothered because she asked me to pray instead of searching for the answers on a book. She said that prayers have a lot of astonishing effects and one of which is enlightenment. She said that enlightenment is not limited to reading and understanding the content of books, rather, it is an effect when you will finally find the truth within yourself.
I adore my mom simply because she always comforts me in time of confusion and that is specifically the reason I did not grow up a trouble maker.
But that time I had been so uncomfortable that I tended to neglect my advice.
When I reached college I still had those questions. However, something strange but great transpired. My closest friend invited me to come for a prayer session with Kenneth Copeland Ministries. I had been apprehensive that time because I’ve not really attended a prayer session before and I did not understand the said ministries and what precisely they do. I had been halfhearted but, interestingly, I responded affirmatively.
Throughout that prayer session I never thought I would get an extremely comfortable feeling. It felt like I was floating. At the moment, I could definitely express I had been sanctified. And I never felt that good before.
After that session, I became devoted to reading the Holy Scripture that talk about the beginning of creation and attended the prayer session consistently. I found who I really am. Certainly, I am a man created by God and my life is set to worship Him.
Right now, I am confident that I do not have anymore questions pertaining to my belief and to who I am. I am what God has created me.
